Natasha's Law is an important milestone for the hospitality industry when it comes to food safety. It requires cafes, restaurants, etc. to provide allergen labels on their on-premise-made products. It was introduced to save lives.

The struggle

Unfortunately, many small business owners (coffee shops, sandwich bars, takeaway food operators) find it challenging to create the labeling on their own. The label printers are not affordable or easy to use.
